Each order is dispatched from the nearest or most suitable location based on stock availability. So, don’t be surprised if you’re in the USA and receive a package from Europe – it’s our way of ensuring fast and secure delivery wherever you are.

Local Couriers for Reliable Service

  • USA: Deliveries are made via USPS.
  • Canada: Packages are shipped through Canada Post.
  • Europe: Local postal services like Deutsche Post, La Poste, Correos, etc., are utilized.
  • Important Notice: We do not ship to Italy due to challenges with customs at Malpensa.

European Customers (EU) Attention

Even with our IOSS compliance and adherence to EU legislation, you may be asked to pay a €6 handling fee and VAT as per your country’s rate. We understand this can be frustrating and encourage you to contest these charges, although we cannot control local postal interpretations of EU import laws and IOSS number usage. This is particularly relevant for customers in Belgium, Spain, and occasionally for those in Germany, France, and the Netherlands..

Worldwide Shipping Availability

We are dedicated to shipping our patches to any location worldwide. However, due to the varying reliability of postal services, economical shipping is mainly available to the USA, Canada, and EU countries. For other international destinations, we offer premium shipping options (DHL, UPS, TNT) to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of USD 7-50 worldwide, regardless of the quantity ordered.
  • For premium shipping options (DHL, UPS, TNT), please let us know during the ordering process or select the appropriate option.

Delivery Times

  • Experience shows that deliveries can be as quick as 3 days within the same region or up to 15 days for intercontinental shipping (e.g., from Europe to the USA).
  • Please be aware of potential delays during holidays, especially around Christmas. We advise ordering gifts well in advance.
  • External factors like strikes or natural disasters, which are beyond our control, may also affect delivery times.
  • For custom or large orders, additional manufacturing time may be required. We can discuss this in personal correspondence.
