1. Refunds for Our Mistakes
- If we send an incorrect patch – wrong design, size, or color than what was ordered – we will provide a full refund.
- We understand the importance of receiving your order on time. If a patch is not delivered on schedule due to our late shipment, we will issue a refund. However, delays caused by external factors like natural disasters, strikes, or war are beyond our control, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible. We will, however, assist in ensuring the delivery of your package.
- You can return a patch within 30 days of receiving it. The condition of the packaging is not a concern – it can be opened.
- However, the patch must be unused. If the Iron On layer is damaged or there are signs of sewing, we cannot accept the return.
- To initiate a return, please inform us of your decision to return the patch and cancel the order, including your order number.
- Send the patch to our address in Canada. The exact address will be provided.
- Once we receive the patch, we will process a full refund of your order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
- You may choose the most economical shipping option. However, we recommend using a service with tracking to prevent loss.
