However, delays caused by external factors like natural disasters, strikes, or war are beyond our control, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible. We will, however, assist in ensuring the delivery of your package.

2. Returns

You can return a patch within 30 days of receiving it. The condition of the packaging is not a concern – it can be opened.
However, the patch must be unused. If the Iron On layer is damaged or there are signs of sewing, we cannot accept the return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please inform us of your decision to return the patch and cancel the order, including your order number.
Send the patch to our address in Canada. The exact address will be provided.
Once we receive the patch, we will process a full refund of your order.
