Cool: Let sit for 60 seconds minimum

Each order is dispatched from the nearest or most suitable location based on stock availability. So, don’t be surprised if you’re in the USA and receive a package from Europe – it’s our way of ensuring fast and secure delivery wherever you are.

USA: Deliveries are made via USPS.
Canada: Packages are shipped through Canada Post.
Europe: Local postal services like Deutsche Post, La Poste, Correos, etc., are utilized.
Important Notice: We do not ship to Italy due to challenges with customs at Malpensa.

European Customers (EU) Attention

Even with our IOSS compliance and adherence to EU legislation, you may be asked to pay a €6 handling fee and VAT as per your country’s rate. We understand this can be frustrating and encourage you to contest these charges, although we cannot control local postal interpretations of EU import laws and IOSS number usage. This is particularly relevant for customers in Belgium, Spain, and occasionally for those in Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

However, due to the varying reliability of postal services, economical shipping is mainly available to the USA, Canada, and EU countries. For other international destinations, we offer premium shipping options (DHL, UPS, TNT) to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

We offer a flat shipping rate of USD 7-50 worldwide, regardless of the quantity ordered.
For premium shipping options (DHL, UPS, TNT), please let us know during the ordering process or select the appropriate option.

Delivery Times

Experience shows that deliveries can be as quick as 6 days within the same region or up to 20 days for intercontinental shipping (e.g., from Europe to the USA).
Please be aware of potential delays during holidays, especially around Christmas. We advise ordering gifts well in advance.
External factors like strikes or natural disasters, which are beyond our control, may also affect delivery times.
For custom or large orders, additional manufacturing time may be required. We can discuss this in personal correspondence.
Please note that our entire inventory may not be available at fulfillment centers in the USA, and availability changes regularly. Consequently, expect delivery times of approximately 10-16 days. Refund and Returns

If we send an incorrect patch – wrong design, size, or color than what was ordered – we will provide a full refund.
We understand the importance of receiving your order on time. If a patch is not delivered on schedule due to our late shipment, we will issue a refund. However, delays caused by external factors like natural disasters, strikes, or war are beyond our control, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible. We will, however, assist in ensuring the delivery of your package.

2. Returns

You can return a patch within 30 days of receiving it. The condition of the packaging is not a concern – it can be opened.
However, the patch must be unused. If the Iron On layer is damaged or there are signs of sewing, we cannot accept the return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please inform us of your decision to return the patch and cancel the order, including your order number.
Send the patch to our address in Canada. The exact address will be provided.
Once we receive the patch, we will process a full refund of your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
You may choose the most economical shipping option. However, we recommend using a service with tracking to prevent loss.
